One tier is live and deliverable today: Estate Vault. The white-label registry that Provenance OS and Gallery Shield are built on is still in development. We have marked which is which below, rather than after you have signed.
We protect and certify your existing catalogue with you, issue an independent RFC 3161 timestamped certificate on every work, and re-check the whole catalogue on a 90-day cycle as the models change. Every certificate carries a public verification link anyone can open without an account. It is suitable for a gallery, archive or insurance record.
You get a named contact and a direct line rather than a support queue, and an annual provenance report across the whole catalogue.
£1,200 per year. Most estates start with a call. We will tell you honestly whether this is worth it for your catalogue before you pay anything.
Provenance OS will create a cryptographically signed, C2PA-compliant record of every work in your catalogue: where it was made, by whom, when, and who has held it since. Publicly verifiable. Tamper-evident. Built for the standards that insurers, auction houses, and collectors are beginning to ask for.
White-label deployment will mean your clients see your institution's name and branding, not ours.
Not available yet. The certification and public verification underneath it are live today inside Estate Vault; the white-label registry is the part still being built.
Gallery Shield will bundle Art Vault Studio access with a white-label Provenance OS registry. Your artists would not need individual accounts. You would handle protection as part of your representation, and collectors would get verifiable provenance on every acquisition.
Not available yet. Gallery Shield depends on the Provenance OS registry above, which is still in development, so we are not selling it and have not set a final price. The figure we are working towards is £2,500 per year for up to 500 works. If you want the protection and certification now without the white-label registry, Estate Vault does that today.
